Discovery Calls

• Discovery calls are always free. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible so that time can be offered to others.

Paid Sessions

• If you need to cancel a paid session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, but I will do my best to reschedule at a time that works for you.

Retainers & Hour Banks

• Retainer and hour bank payments secure my time and availability.

• Unused time can be rescheduled within 30 days of purchase. After that period, unused hours expire.

• Refunds are not typically offered once services have begun, but if circumstances shift dramatically, I will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Compassion Clause
